My wife and I spent 4 lovely days at this Hotel recently. The dining rooms are excellent, the pool area very spacious and well maintained and the Wellness centre is a special treat indeed.
The hotel rooms are getting a litle old and the bathrooms are small but overall they are very good.
Visitors must take special care when checking out of this hotel as even though we had our two keys within the clearly marked room card, we were given a bill that did not represent our purchases during our stay.

I would like to begin by saying that I have stayed at this lovely hotel 3 times before this stay. And I would like to comment on the 2 vehicles that keep taking up the drive in the front of the hotel. One vehicle is a BMW X5 and the other a BMW 520. Why would the hotel allow management or the owner’s park in such a place that makes it inconvenient for its guests? Who pays the bills here? Who is it suppose to be convent for? The guests or the management? I arrived via taxi one evening with my wife and children and was told to walk the rest of the way up to the hotel as the drive was blocked. The taxi driver told us he was sorry but this hotel keeps allowing certain people to park in the drive which makes it unbearable for taxis to do their jobs. If there was a need for the Fire Department to make a quick entry to the hotel they would be blocked as well. So who ever is responsible for this abuse of the drive please fix it. PARK OUT BACK WITH THE REST OF THE EMPLOYES.
As for the rooms, we had a theme suite. It was lovely with a great view of the pool. The beds where comfortable, the towels fantastic and all the upgraded shampoos and creams where much enjoyed. I would like to know why we could not watch ANT TV. This channel was not subscribed too and hope it’s available on my next visit this summer 2012. I have one more thing to mention with the breakfast. I was not offered omelets to my liking, or fancy coffees. I only remembered that we had to request it from the waitress. It would be nice if there was a little sign on the buffet table offering these additional options if we wished. It was like it was a big secret and they didn’t want to incontinence the kitchen. Here we go again who is the customer is the question. If they had a 95% occupancy rate maybe they can be this cocky but watch out. Customers notice this and don’t return. At least I’m giving them a chance to correct these small shortcomings.

staff very helpful and attentive to your wishes all services (Sauna, fitness,hamman) are free, a rich buffet for all tastes,I recommend no problem being myself hotelier

It is indeed a small luxury hotel, polite staff, clean and beautiful pool with tiles, the breakfast was fine. The room was very clean and there was also complementary fruit and turksh delight, one each day. There is also an afternoon cleaning service for the room. It is a truly relaxing place. You can also park you car at the road outside the hotel which is really convenient. There is free wifi at the reception area, at the room I think you can connect via cable but it is payable.
