After reading thru a few of the reviews, there has already been a review written that is identical to what I was going to write - so I will summarize my thoughts below:

I have absolutely nothing against this hotel - it is amazing, clean & neat - truly the only downside is the location. I chose Faliraki because in my travel books it was rated at the top destination spot (we wanted to be somewhere fun & not secluded). We were quite diappointed when we arrived - Faliraki is a run-down, low class, dirty kind of town - it reminded me of Atlantic City. The approach to the hotel is disheartening (old buildings, a partially completed hotel that is overgrown with underbrush, some seedy characters hanging out beside the hotel). If I ever go to Rhodes again, I will not stay in Faliraki. It's a shame this hotel isn't located in another town!

Takis (the owner) is one of the most hospitable & generous people I have ever met. He will bend over backward to help you. One day we wanted to go to the beach however the room did not have swimming towels. Since they were still being ordered from the company, Takis drove my husband & I to the town & he purchased towels for us & he dropped us off at the beach.

The bed mattress is horrible. It is very thin. To be exact, you actually sleep on top of the box spring. We had free internet service in our room, & each room has a computer in it for you to use. The rooms were of a decent size & had a kitchenette. The rooms were incredibly clean & neat, almost as if you were the very first to stay in them!

The theme of the hotel is Medieval & Takis did a fantastic job at carrying it through. The rooms are well decorated & there are many medieval details to be seen everywhere.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend, just be sure to have a rental car so you can see all the other great spots in Rhodes.

It was well priced, breakfast included ( excellent cappucino's ) quiet due to adults only, excellent location close to Faliraki town - restaurants, shopping, beaches, all within 10 minutes walking, beautiful view. Takis the owner ( speaks english and I am sure other langueges ) was so helpful with our every need, we were able rent a car from the hotel at a very reasonable rate. Rooms were clean, quiet, included a fridge and kitchen area so were a good size and balcony was an additional sitting area to enjoy the scenery. They also had internet in all the rooms now that was convenient.

I should begin this review by stating that I really didn't have anything against the hotel. This average review is based on the surroundings of the hotel, and not the hotel itself. Takis (the owner) is one of the most hospitable people I have ever met. He would bend over backward to help you. He was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. We were the only ones at the hotel, and rec'd great service. The bed was thin and not comfortable (my only gripe). We had free internet service in our room. Faliraki is run down, and reminds me of a beach that time has forgotten. If you are looking for nightlife, it has it. We were not. We spent all of our time in Rhodes or Lindos. I wish they could move this hotel to a different location. It would make it much better.

We stayed to this hotel last year in August with another 2 friends of ours.
What a great surprise! We really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms, the pool, the eating area were sparkling clean. The owner it was very nice and helpful.
He sent us the very first day to a close restaurant for dinner; we end up going to that restaurant every day. We had a great stay there. I can't wait to go back!
