The hotel is nice, clean. It is close to the beach, that was not overcrowded, with good access to the sea and little black stones /not sand/. There is also nice swimming pool in the hotel, quite big comparing to other hotels in this area. The stuff tries to do their best, but sometime - especially in the restaurant- it is not easy to comunicate. For families with children is probably better to have only breakfast in the hotel. During the dinner you can choose only from two possibilities /what is with children not easy/, but they cook very well. On the beach you find many small restaurants with good choice of dishes.

I'm just coming back from santorini and I stayed at the 9 muses in Perissa. The external structure looks lihe a 5 stars with swimming pool, great area for restaurant and bar BUT the rooms are very small, the bath doesn't work right (there was always a bad smell from the water pipe!!!!). The staff was not professional and educated: they were only 5 people who weren't able to take care of cleaning and setting the tables, listening to our requests about the choice of menu and they were really lazy to serve the foods. I don't understand how is possible that Francorosso (alpitour ) considers it a 5 stars!!! It is really a big fraud because we paied it for a 5 stars instead it was just 3!!!!! I will write a protest letter to Francorosso because i really feel cheated!!!!!!

We stayed at 9 muses for 2 weeks from 28th of July. Staff we very attentive and would assist where they could, however we couldnt help but feel the Management were trying to run as cheap as possible which put pressure on the staff. The young lady in the Pool bar and the gentleman from Bulgaria who works around the grounds etc were extremely hard working. Reception staff were always helpful polite and friendly.
Holiday was just to unwind, relax by the pool and chill.......which this hotel gave us.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, August 1-5.
The hotel was very clean, the lobby and pool areas looks very good.
The pool was quite large and has also a jacuzzi and an area for kids.
The room was clean and has all you need.
Wifi was freely available in the lobby area and is also available in all other areas (in this case you need to buy a card for it), but the lobby was appealing enough that we used it there.
Breakfast was good, for dinners we preferred the restaurants on the beach which were great.
There was a gym (quite a large room) and sauna in the hotel but no one used it ...
The hotel is within a short walking (3 minutes) from the beach, but as Santorini is small every part of the island is accessible from the hotel with a maximum of 30 minutes ride.
One of the best things in the hotel was the staff which was very helpful in giving tips in and outside the hotel - Thank you.
