Location is great, right between the town square and the beach, with its owm beach .. more on that.
Our family had three apartments, and it is a wonder to see the varieties in apartment lay-outs. Was it necessary to have that many internal stairs?
I did not investigate the age of the complex, but it must be late 70's or so. The bathrooms were without showers, just a hand shower for the bath tub - and no curtain. In our second room - apart from the bedroom, we had a table and four chairs + 2 couches that could easily be equipped for extra guests, but were horrible to sit in. Add the kitchen equipment (as good -if that is the word - as you usually find at the neighboring locations) and you have the facility.
The kitchen: 2 coffee cups, 2 highball glasses, one wineglass and one shotglass - to me that seems a bit on the short side for two people for a week. I would have expected to find glasses etc to allow us to have a couple of guests.
The beach: 3 Euros per sunbed. According to guy taking payment (who worked at the hotel), the beach rentals was a separate entity.
On the positive side though:
Rooms were kept well cleaned with fresh towels every day. Free internet in the reception area. Nice pool, well sheltered from the winds that were a problem. Great location. The area was clean and well kept - but as mentioned - sorely lacking in updates of sanitary facilities.
I give a three with some doubt - the bathrooms and in-flat equipment sorely need upgrading
