I wanted a relatively inexpensive hotel with breakfast and wifi included near our office and this fit the bill. As many have pointed out, the rooms are very small, but the bed is quite comfortable and the shower decent. Breakfast is good with fresh-squeezed oj, croissants, cold cereal, yogurt, cold cuts. However, it can get noisy if people are loud in the halls, as the insulation is poor. Perfectly fine for a night or two and for a single person - not recommended for two people or if you'll be spending a lot of time in the room.

We have stayed in this hotel in the past when it was called the Wilson.It represents good value for money and is comfortable and clean although the last room we had was small.However we did not find this a big issue.The staff are efficient and friendly and the breakfast is typically continental.Asnieres is a pleasant town near The Seine with a good selection of shops and Parks.There are good bus services to and from Paris.The Train Station is a short walk(about 5 mins)from the Hotel and Paris Saint-Lazare Station is only a 5 min train journey from Asnieres so you can be in Central Paris with ease.

I visited this hotel in the month of July 2011 along with my wife to attend the last leg of Tour De France........The hotel was nice and cozy....... Even though I did not face any discomfort during my stay but still there are few shortcomings inb the Hotel.......... Rooms are small, lift is even smaller and the staff at the recepition does not speak good english.........Apart from this the breakfast is nice and by just short walk of 5 mi ns one reaches the railway station and time to city centre after that is just 10 mins. Area around the otel is good with lost of cafes and joints around........... so its is not a bad option at all.............

I stayed here with my partner for 2 nights in October. The room, although small perfectly accommodated our needs. It was clean functional and pleasantly lit and heated. The breakfast although inclusive was not short on options and was available immediately when we woke up. Overall, our expectations were exceeded against the price that we paid. We wanted some hot drinks late at night and there was a porter who directed us to the free drinks machine, which dispensed good quality coffees and hot water without having to take my shoes off; a good indication that the place makes you feel comfortable, despite being a chain.
Tips for travellers into Paris;
The metro to the uninitiated can be daunting, we offer this advice. From Paris centre, you need to pay for a single to Asnieres from St Lazarre, which is 4.90Euros for two. A book(Carnet) of tickets within Paris centre is good value but not valid when travelling out to the hotel.
This is a good place to stay 10 minutes train from St Lazarre for any type of trip and budget.
