We have just come back from a week at the Hotel Tirolerhof in Ehrwald over the half-term. Our children are 3 and 5 and I can definitely say that this was the most relaxing holiday imaginable! The hotel is extremely pleasant, our room (Alpine Wellness Suite) was very nice and spacious for the four of us. The service is very friendly and the food is a great variety of buffet and a la carte, so there was always something for everyone.

The best thing from my point of view was that as a parent of small children, everything is taken care of. You can feed the little ones whenever you want (which was great for early bedtimes), the creche is very pleasant and offers a variety of activities from morning till evening, there is a huge soft-play area and loads of toys. This meant that us parents had a holiday, too!
And - everything is inclusive! The only thing you pay extra are alcoholic beverages and wellness treatments, but other that that there are no nasty surprises at check-out.

The ski-school is a 5 minute walk away, and given that the skischool co-operates closely with the hotel, you can arrange for the kids to be picked up directly at the hotel. The village of Ehrwald is quite nice, too, and the scenery is spectacular.

A brilliant place for all the family, we have already booked again for next year.
