I have been to this hotel twice. The first visit was rather ok for me as I was looking more improvement in my next stay. However, in my second visit (after 2 years), the rating has become worse. The room is not comfortable, lots of ols stuff retained. The smell is unpleasant. The breakfast has become less variety compare to last visit. Well, just disappointing.

“Value for money!!”
My wife & I have stayed here many times over the past few years. the thing is that it gives you value for money for what you get & the location.
The rooms are a little run down, the carpet has stains from before & the decor & walls may need a little touch up.
However, for RM103 nett per night(from asiaweb), you get a decent sized room with clean sheets, clean bathrooms, tv, aircon, coffee/tea making facilities & breakfast for two. On top of that the pool is lovely & clean. Nice for just lazing around. You also have the beach just in fron t of you although not necessarily the cleanest. It is also not too far away from Georgetown and about the same distance to Batu Feringghi.
There are a few restaurants within walking distances.
All in all, good value for money if you're not fussy & want somewhere not too far away. Most guests are locals from KL or singapore but you do get a few from the UK (imagine paying 20pounds a night for B&B in a hotel for 2!)
