This is the hotel you do not want to go. We arrived for a called ahead check in for 2 p.m. on New Year's Eve Day and were met with the receptionist who thought we were her clients that she did not have to lift a hand. We advised of the prearranged phone call. She after discussion admitted us in, oh thank you so much, and then advised us that do to previous history with New Years parties she would need to take a second swipe of our credit card in case there was damage to our room.. Mr. Sax said specifically to Ms Receptionist, this means then after travelling all night and waiting for you to give us a check in okay, that we will not be bothered with parties from adjoining rooms.. she totally agreed. We went to visit an older adult, were back in the room by 9, only to have a romping party accuring next door. Mr. Sax walks to reception... guess what, we are the ones the need to move, even though we have put down this extra credit card charge in the event of damage... go figure. I went to Reception left my card, my work contact information, my personal contact information as I needed to understand why we were the ones who had to own this situation... It has been 8 days now, not one response, BTW matteress at both rooms are terrible.. Would I go again? Never, the worst hotel reception I have ever experienced... Trust me, read my reviews.... it takes me a long time to rate a hotel at this low service level. Not nice, not good... breakfast is deplorable.
