This was a quick one night stay as I had business at the University early the next morning. There is not a lot of high-quality choices in St. Catharine's (honestly I think this is really the only major brand except Holiday Inn). But this place wasn't that bad. It looks like it was renovated in the last couple years.

*Comfortable room. Bathroom was adequate and the bed was quite comfortable.
*Room service was pretty good. Good selection and it was delivered within about 30 minutes.
*Good mix of US and Canadian channels on the TV.

I wasn't able to check out the gym or anything but I would stay here again when I'm back in the area.

I was there for my best friends wedding and the wedding block was at this hotel. The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff was very efficient at the front desk. Rooms are an excellent size and very clean. The property does need a bit of updating, it’s starting to look a bit old....but this did not affect my stay. Beds were pretty new and very comfortable.

I ate breakfast in the on-site restaurant; it was delicious! My only complaint was that my family and I were the only ones eating, we had ordered simple breakfast food and it was an extremely long wait - at one point I believe the comment from the table was "did they have to go out and get the chicken to lay the eggs?".

Overall great, clean and efficient stay! Thank you and I will be back!

The staff at the hotel is very helpful and great to deal with.

The rooms are a good size and clean.

The hotel is close to wineries and the mall. It's a good location (right off the highway).

When it comes to pet friendly hotels, this is one of the best we have experienced. The room was very clean and bright with plenty of towels and a comfortable bed. The A/C and heat worked well and the room was quite, we did not hear a thing during the two nights we stayed. The location is convenient and we will stay again (with or without our dog) when the opportunity presents itself.
