Nice staff, nice meal, nice rooms full equiped. Visited this Hotel with my girlfriend for a celebration and got positively suprised.
The Hotel is the sorrowndings of Hondarribia, lovely village with a famous becoming pintxos and seafood bars and restaurants.
Very quiet at night, prepared and helpfull staff, nice bar with terrace.
High recommended for couples looking for relax and not busy cities.

We loved this hotel in Hondarribia--it was perfect for our family of four (with 2 kids, ages 7 and 10). We stayed in a Junior Suite, which had a separate salon where the staff put two extra beds for the kids. The restaurant had a free afternoon snack bar with drinks, as well as a free breakfast buffet in the morning.

The hotel is located in a residential area that is only a short walk from the old portion of town, and it is easily reached by escalators from the stretch of restaurants along the beach. We thought the location was fine, and we enjoyed strolling through the quiet neighborhood.

The best thing about this hotel, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. The front desk clerks were always welcoming, friendly, and happy to answer any question that we had. The woman who checked us in spoke excellent English, and she asked if we wanted to speak in Spanish or English. When we replied Spanish, she was very gracious and patient with our struggles to use the Spanish language.

We were very happy with our stay here, and we highly recommend this hotel to others!

Modern clean hotel with great staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Recommend trying the tapas in Hondarribia. Hotel only 20 minutes from San Sebastian.

To avoid driving around trying to find the hotel, get directions when booking your accommodation as the GPS is no help!

Located above the town (not nestled in mountains as a previous reviewer stated), this purpose built modern hotel was an excellent choice for our stop-over in Hondarribia. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Parking is available in the basement and the town is within easy walking distance via several street escalators. Our room was large with a sliding partition between the bedroom and a seating area. The furnishings were modern and of good quality and the bathroom was well appointed and spotless. We had dinner on the small terrace and the cuisine was faultless.
