This is a great hotel in a charming little town. The rooms are simply decorated, but clean and comfortable (we only stayed in a standard room). The breakfasts are very good - fresh with lots of choice. Definitely have dinner at the restaurant as it was the best we had in five nights at Hondarribia - and at a fantastic price (24 euros for three courses). Staff were very helpful at reception, particularly Sara Diaz. Locationwise, the new town is an easy 5 minute walk using the escalators whilst the old town is a similar distance. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This was a lovely hotel. Great staff, very clean and simple rooms. Note: this hotel is a little outside of the main town - it was an easy 10 minute to walk into town. We thought it was nice because we got to explore the neighborhood and stay in a more residential area.

We stayed here for one night en route to Madrid from Bordeaux and it was such a dleightful experience that we booked to stay on the way back as well. I little difficult to find (the GPS coordinates do not seem to work with our TomTom) but worth it. A comfortable room, quiet and well equipped. The restaurant is excellent as is the buffet breakfast. During our stay there was a happy hour with free wine and snacks. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel is only a short walk from the old town centre and not far from the new centre.

Hotel Jaizkibel was great.  It was extremely well kept, offered a great breakfast and had very helpful staff.  The room (and bathroom specifically) were a good size and a pleasure to relax in.  There is also a roof deck that is very inviting.  My girlfriend and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
