We stayed with the Page and Moy, Apulia and Vieste trip at this hotel and was far from pleased. Whilst our room was basic, as described and not a problem, the shower room left a bit to be desired. The mastic round the bottom of the shower was black and very small, the the bidet was right next to it, ie not careful would trip over it. The toilet leaked round the bottom and the towels were not changed at all. The food was mediocre and the wine passable. The tennis courts were in need of TLC and the gardens stripped out. They also fed two stray dogs who lazed at the old entrance to the hotel all day and barked all night, right under our room. The owners were not that bothered either, although for four nights were woken at just gone midnight. The extended family ate in the dining room and their children ran around between the tables. Not very professional. The walk to the village on the safe track is a dumping ground for rubbish and not very pleasant, the road is quicker and in October safe enough. Like other before me I cannot see why Page and Moy still use this hotel, but it is advertised for next year even after the complaints of 2010, so nothing we say will make a difference. On the plus side they did us proud for our 40th wedding anniversary. You were also asked to settle you bill in cash! The second Hotel is vast improvement I am pleased to say although in both the piano bar just means there is a piano in situation, no one used them.

The hotel is gorgeous and was just what i needed on my holiday.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, they were super helpful and really looked after us.
With regards to the food, we stayed half board and it was just what we needed, we picked either lunch or dinner and the food that we got was lovely.
The rooms were clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning, and they were cleaned regularly.
Overall i had a lovely time the facilities are great the staff are lovely and i couldn't of asked for more from the hotel really.

The hotel is isolated, and I know that some people disliked this, but on a Page & Moy holiday where we were taken everywhere it didn't matter, and with Google Earth you can soon spot this. The hotel would really suit someone who doesn't want to be in a busy city. The pool area is very attractive, as are the gardens. Eating dinner outdoors, surrounded by scented candles to ward off the mosquitoes was a great pleasure. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

We found the Hotel to be very hospitable. The food was good - and plenty of it. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. Everything about the place matches up to a 3 star experience. The family who run the Hotel were very friendly as you would expect from people brought up in Yotkshire!!!
