Buongiorno Gentile Utente di Tripadvisor,

La ringraziamo per aver speso del suo tempo libero per dare un giudizio sul suo soggiorno trascorso presso di noi in aprile del 2011, le facciamo presente che da allora ad oggi abbiamo arricchito il servizio della prima colazione introducendo salumi e formaggi locali , inoltre se ritornerà presso di noi potrà apprezzare un cappuccino degno di questo nome preparato con ingredienti freschi.
Se leggerà gli altri giudizi dell'hotel potrà verificare quanto descritto .
Ci auguriamo di riaverla come nostro ospite in futuro

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il suo giudizio , ci dispiace che al momento del check in non le abbiano indicato l'esistenza di un ascensore e che il bagno in camera non fosse perfettamente pulito , ci scusiamo per questo e la invitiamo a tornare presso la nostra struttura in modo da poterle mostrare che il disagio che le abbiamo creato è stato una casualità.
inoltre avrei il piacere di prepararle nuovamente un latte macchiato ed un espresso " a regola d'arte".
