“Nice place to stay - remarkable view terrace to the street”

We stayed for 4 nights in one of the two family apartments, which are situated behind the hotel. Everything was nice and well arranged - modern and clean. However, the specific local atmosphere was missing to some extent - and when the promotion folder speaks about French flair - this is slightly exaggerated although the lady of the house is French. However, there were no false promises. We had only one little complaint - whereas everything was in its place (including detergent in the kitchen) there was no soap. When I asked for some soap (even if it was one of the small hotel soaps) I was referred to the drugstore of Schlecker - because in a German holiday apartment, no soap is foreseen! Sorry for that.
