This is an excellent property with spacious rooms, good service and excellent facilities.
The breakfast is quite rich.
I recommend it for family or couples vacations.
The only disadvantage is the indoor pool - if you stay there during the winter months it is not heated.

if you are looking for a luxurious stay in Cyprus, this is the one!!! excellent surroundings, great service and the best rooms ever. Ideal for those who just need to have a break and relax

we decided to escape for 1 day for our routine and stay in columbia resort (and not columbia beach hotel ) .
the taste that left us is that icouldnt imagine i would get so many in just one day!
the place is like a paradise.. fantastic atmosphere, very nice decoration.
to start from the beginning u enter the hotel and the staff welcomes you with a nice drink in the lounge bringing you there all the papers and take you after with a mini trolley train in the room!
the lobby is fantastic watching the huge but i mean huge pool and the beach in front of the hotel...
the resort has only suites so the minimum area of every room is more than 40s.m.!! so it is more than enough. the room we got was a pool view but when u get in the balcony u could also see the sea! the gardens and pool are really like a painting! i stayed there with my espresso from the nespresso machine the rooms have for hours to stare!
and relax...
the room has everything... even a small kitchen ... sofa and small lounge... lights that are controlled from a box next to your bed... a lot of space for your staff... huge bathroom with all amenities inside... heating and aircondition you control by your self wich is great comparing to other hotel where central heating sometimes is not enough or more hot thatn u want.... slippers and bathrobes and a big tv which though isnt an lcd but an old type crt .. i still cant understand this . why some luxury hotels where they offer you expensive benefits cant change the tvs!! anyway that wasnt a problem though for me...
everything was also clean in the highest level

the spa is spacious and well organized with indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, squash ,gym and all other spa facilities... they offer you for free all sports includind the squash and tennis in the 2 outside fields... and also tea and coffee... so i can say that in the price you pay in the room u get more than u can imagine...

breakfast is nice in a cozy area with professional staff and a woman that cooks fresh omeletes and crepes for you.. generally good quality and quantity...

The bad spot was only this:
i have to mention that what should be improved is the coffee all over public areas...
i drunk a cappuccino and a filter coffee in the bar and believe me it was bad! the machine in the room makes much better coffee. its generally a prob in cyprus if you are an cappuccino lover but i expect in such hotels to make a decent coffee when u pay it expensice too. i dont say to make the barman a barista but at least buy a decent machine and brink quality coffee!

the dinner we tasted also was average for this level of hotels but it seems that they tried to make a dinner plan for those who have half board because they only served some charcole meats and pasta!! and also they said they dont have salads for all but only individual plates!!!
seemed stranged but
generally couldnt change my opinion for the quality of the hotel... it was really a great experience and would surely go back soon.
100% recommended - just stay on the hotel. pissouri hasnt got anything to offer !!!

I cannot recommend the Columbia Beach Resort more highly. The staff were absolutely lovely, without exception. We had a super suite which was vast and spotless! Fabulous bathroom with whirlpool and separate shower, lots of marble, fluffy towels, Moulton Brown toiletries - superb.

We did not use the Spa, but it looked fantastic. The resort had more of a village feel to it. The Suites were laid out in such a way that it seemed all (or most) had the same fantastic view of the sea. The beach is lovely, and the resort’s gardens go straight to the beach.

Very comfortable indeed. We met people on their 10th visit and that speakes for itself!
