While looking for a place to stay near Fajardo, I called this hotel numerous times. The proprietor finally answered. He only asked for my name, type of room, and travel dates. Seemed odd not to give a credit card number so I tried calling the day before our arrival to confirm the reservation but got no answer. When we arrived, the place looked very run down. There wasn't really a place to park. Further, no one was there. We waited for 20 minutes. While we waited, we heard numerous dogs in the vicinity, which I'm sure would be a nuisance at night. In the meantime, we talked to a workman who was working on renovating the dining area. It looked as if no one else was staying at this place. Finally, we left and went to Ceiba Country Inn, which is about 15-20 minutes away and I highly recommend.
