The hotel is situated in the first line of a lovely promenade facing a marvellous beach with pristine beach and calm waters. Next to it there are other hotel and condos separated by large avenue and beautiful gardens. The building itself is square like with 3 floors. with a pool in the middle surrouded with a sparse garden and a pool bar.
Inside the reception area and the indoor bar are very simple/plain with small palm trees area inside.
the reception staff (and generality of the hotel staff) are friendly and helpfull.
The rooms are very spacious and confortable with 2 queen size beds, pool views or street/garden views. Simple style with practical furniture makes them very nice. Bathrooms with separated bathtubs and shower cabins, compose a very nice and spacious space.
About the general areas, the lack of cleanliness is a serious issue!!! in the hallways and corridors its very commun to find rolls of dust and fuzz, as well as papers (there was a big dead cricket that stayed near the elevator during 3 days...) and dirt... In the pool areas it was also commom to find plates filled with leftovers and paper cup lying in the tables, chairs.... Also very unplesant was the outdoor jacuzi!!! in a place were there was suposed to be 10/12 persons there was about 18/20, including small children with diapers... (disgusting!).
The pool area is nice with a large swimming pool, water toboggan, jacuzi. plenty of sunbeds are spread all over the space.
We stayed in a all inclusive plan that was a little bit disappointing! the restaurant is spascious, clean and the staff are very nice and helpfull, however the menu is very repetitious, ( paella, pizza and hotdogs in 3 nights...deserts supermarket style), with few variety and not very well cooked (many food that were grilled in the minute were burned ou tasteless). Drink plan was ok, with many local and imported drinks for free, however the aftermoon snack was a salami/meat cream sandwich plus a supermarket wrapped cake!
Overall its a average family hotel with a marvellous beach location and weak food plan and lack of cleanliness.
