We chose to stay here partly because there did not seem a decent hotel room availbale at Bonifacio town centre at the time of our visit but mostly because this place housed a good restaurant.
However, on arriving, the lady at the reception told us the restaurant was closed and the chef was on holiday. When I asked her for any ideas for our dinner that night, she just told us we could go to Bonifacio or Porto Vecchio if we had a car, showing no sympathy whatsoever.
Once back in home, I doublechecked if they had mentioned about the restaurant's annual closure in the booking confirmation or on their website but there was none.
Our duplex room was pretty but it was not very convenient going up and down the little stairs.
