I couldn't speak more highly of this hotel. The staff were the friendliest and most hospitable people we have ever come across. They helped us with any questions we had and sorted out transport for us to our next destination. They made things very easy for our group of five by providing an extra bed in one of the rooms (unlike other hotels who were not so obliging). We found that it was excellent value for money and were pleased that breakfast was included in the price. We tried a number of restaurants in Vang Vieng but found that none were as good as the food served in the Inthira. The prawn skewers served with fried rice and the Pad Thai were particularly delicious. The rooms themselves were lovely and clean and decorated in an authentic thai design. When the weather was nice we spent most of our time on the roof top balcony where we could sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. The inthira was one of the few hotels we went to which had free internet available. This proved very useful as we needed to book flights and other modes of transport which would have cost us a lot had we been forced to book in an internet café.
