Great B&B at the entrance to Zion National Park. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and toasty warm on an early winter visit. Mark and Joe, the proprietors, we fantastic hosts and tour guides. Turned us on to some little out of the way places that we'd never had seen without their telling us. Great restaurant breakfast at Oscar's (ask for the huevos rancheros - we were lucky that was the special).

Wow....what a great Bed and Breakfast. Mark and Joe are great hosts. If you have any questions about Zion or need any tips, they have a wealth of knowledge. This is a great place to stay. Our room was cozy and warm. The heater worked great. There is a nice garden with a relaxing hammock. The provided breakfasts at Oscar's are fantastic. The location is great. There are many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. This place is great ! Highly recommended !!!

Mark and Joe have a warm, friendly, comfortable bed and breakfast smack in the middle of Springdale. We stayed in the Eaves Suite which is wonderfully spacious and airy. The inn is within easy walking distance of several resturants and right down the street from the shuttle to Zion National Park. We never moved the car in the 3 days that we stayed at the inn.

Joe and Mark are wonderful hosts and the environment they have created could not be more peaceful. Their partnership with Oscar's for breakfast gives you a lot of flexibility with you morning activities.
