Room and hosts were excellent, felt at home from the moment we range and booked the room. Rooms were well appointed and had allot of charm, everything work well, even the heating system was whisper quiet. Breakfast at the local restaurants was great quality and great value given that it was included in the price of the room. We booked for one night and rearranged our travel so we could stay another because we like it so much.

This B and B is perfectly situated just 2 miles outside Zion with great views. We stayed in the Sinewava Suite in the beginning of December. Alan and JoNell were so wonderful and welcoming. They helped us pick out hikes and were so attentive and friendly. The room is gigantic, simple and well kept. Sadly, we didn't get to use the hot tub, but I would recommend Canyon Vista to anyone headed to Zion

We used Canyon Vista as our base for a weekend of adventure. The property was amazing. The host had a vast knowledge of hikes, bike rides, and canyoneering adventures in the area. We were there in Nov. so the park was not crowded and we got to experience off-season conditions. Some snow-covered vistas made the park just as beautiful as in the spring and summer. We had a fun weekend of bike riding, hiking, and even some canyoneering. What a fun place to play!!

This was my second time staying at Canyon Vista. The first time was with hiking and climbing friends and we received some great hiking advise from our hosts. This last time I brought my wife to enjoy the canyoneering but also the peaceful beauty of the red rock canyons and awe inspired landscape. Once again, Canyon Vista was the perfect place to call base camp in style. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The grounds are quiet and the back patio is a great spot to watch the sun pull the evening shadows up the eastern canyon wall. Thanks to great inn keepers who have a commanding knowledge of the sights and slots and share selflessly. This is a great find. Can't wait to do it again.
