When I checked into my room, the temperature was 62 degrees! The heater was a cheap one that wouldn't work, so I called the front desk. Being the only person on-duty, I had to wait about 20 minutes for the front-desk clerk to come up and help. She played with the remote and decided that the room downstairs was somehow affecting the temperature of my room. She left and did something and that helped, but the room never got entirely comfortable. If I want my room HOT, it ought to be able to get HOT!

This is a beautiful property with nothing commercial in sight; just majestic scenery all around. We parked in front of our room and did not move the car for two days. Frequent shuttles take guests to the Visitor Center for transfer to free park transport. Couldn't be easier!
Liked the convenience of the onsite dining room and charming staff.
Highly recommend booking a sunset back country tour for a memorable evening. Zion Outback Safaris will pick you up at the door. Owner/driver will keep you informed and entertained. Great photo ops!

Spent 1 nite at this hotel. Rooms have a wonderful view and are clean and comfortable. Although there were not many people staying here- we ended up with someone right next door, who had the tv on most of the nite. I don't understand this. When I checked out in the morning the front desk person was a bit rude when I wanted to look over the bill and did not understand why he was giving me 2 copies. But overall it was fine.
We are at the restaurant which is no longer run by the hotel. Food was fine but could not put the bill on our room.

My husband and I took a trip to vegas, but decided to do a side trip to Zion National Park.
I found this hotel online and booked it because it was close to the park. I was so very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel rooms are so delightful, with a rustic kind of decor. Each room has it's own balcony, and it was so nice going out there and seeing the
incredibly beautiful views all around you. At night we would go out and be amazed at the
millions of stars. The staff was very nice and I would definitely return there.
