Last minute booking and it was the only place available - I now know why. Terribly slow at ck in and if you have to make a change, bring a book. Went to desk to cancel remaining nights and it took 25 minutes with no one ahead of me. Room had stained carpet, hard beds and crusty bathroom - just what i would expect for $40/nt but not for $180/nt (incl tax). Found a room in St George.

Stayed one night here but we have stayed before. This time we had a room near the office which was fine, bed was comfortable and decor reasonable. Rate was pricey but most are in Springdale. AC was noisy. We were not made to feel particularly welcome at reception, in fact they were a bit surly. We moved to the Bumbleberry the next night which was around the same price but in a different league.

We stayed here for one night ~ we hadn't planned on staying in Zion so had not booked ahead. It is a very basic motel, the carpets are a little worn as are the towels. The shower is terrible! The tv remote does not work and the ac is so loud. As mentioned the "breakfast" is terrible! Bagels and bread but not butter, juice, some type of bland cereal and tea. On the bright side it has a great location, lots of tv channels and fast internet. The view from the room is fantastic!

My husband and I had booked this hotel for July 23 through July 26. It was very difficult to understand them over the phone. Our plans had changed, and on July 19, I called to cancel. It took all day to get the right person to do that, and then I found out they had to speak with my husband. Finally, he called and got the right person, and they told us it was canceled. When we got our credit card bill, not only were we charged for it, but charged TWICE and only refunded 2/3 of what should NOT have been charged to begin with! Now, I have to call them up and try to get it figured out because we canceled BEFORE the 48 hours before the stay. I will NEVER try to stay at this hotel again just because of how difficult this whole thing has been!
