We weren't looking for anything fancy, and the price appeared to be good for this property, so booked it on their web page. The confirmation on the webpage said price would be about $58 plus taxes. When the confirmation was sent to my email address, there was no price on it, so I queried this, and a new confirmation arrived with a price of $108 + charges, coming to a total price of approximately $121.82. If I hadn't queried this, I would have only found out when I went to leave. I've now cancelled the booking, and booked with a hotel that is highly rated on Trip Advisor for a similar price.
Room Tip: My tip is always make sure your confirmation has on it the price you agreed to!

A room in the winter IS $58.00 and is not deceptive. A room during the summer season is $108.00. The range is there not only with my motel but all the other motels in Springdale. I am sorry that this person had problems with understanding the rates online. I have tried to keep my rates fair and on the lower end trying to be fair. This ranking by this person is unfair as it isn't even based on the motel but based on an misunderstanding of the seasonal rates.
