We enjoyed the two nights that we stayed in the Jane Austen room during our visit to Zion. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our host was friendly and very helpful in providing suggestions for dinner. He runs the Inn extremely well.

Breakfast was done a little differently than at a traditional B and B. We were given vouchers for restaurants nearby rather than having breakfast at the inn. It worked out well as it allows guests to be flexible about the time they eat. They are also given a large choice in what they can have. We thought the breakfasts at Wildcat Willies were great!

I stayed here while I was visiting Zion National Park. This inn is located in Springdale which is right outside of the park. It's also located near many good restaurants and shops. The inn was beautiful and my room was just lovely, very comfortable and very clean. The manager of the inn was very friendly and very helpful. I would stay at this place anytime in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

We just finished a 22 day vacation, and we enjoyed this place more than any other. Springdale is the place to stay to visit Zion, and the Novel House was a great choice. We stayed for three nights (in my opinion, you don't really get to appreciate a B&B if you only stay one night). Room was large and quiet (Tolstoy room). Owner was very friendly and helpful. Location was great! (side street so it was quiet, easy walking to a shuttle stop and restaurants, including Wildcat Willies). They serve lemonade and cookies in the afternoon, and also have a small frig for guests (we used it for a chilled bottle of white wine). Before heading out to dinner, we would it on the patio with a glass of wine, looking at the mountains and chatting with another couple, comparing travel experiences. Rather than serving breakfast, they provide a voucher for breakfast at restaurants within easy walking distance. I thought this was great, although my husband thought it took away a bit from the B&B experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, quaint and homy. A true gem with british /royal feel . Bronte room truly memorable. Thanks for helping create great memory of Zion national
