We were traveling from Minnesota to Phoenix and needed to do it as cheap as we could. After reading all the reviews on tripadvisor - I booked a one night stay here. We checked in and I was very happy with the room. It was clean, the beds were great to sleep in. The only problem we had - and nothing the owner can do about this - no cell phone service. This little town is only serviced by Verizon Wireless - and we had AT&T. The owner offered to let us use his phone to make any phone calls we needed. Over all this is a great little place to stay if you are traveling and need to save money on hotels. We would stay here again!!

You just never know what you are going to get but this was a very nice and quiet place. Very biker friendly! There are two locations for the rooms and ours was across the street from the office. We were told it is quieter over there and it was. The room was comfortable and in a location in town to easily to get to restaurants and the dowtown area. The staff is a family and they were very accomodating. The rate was reasonable considering it was Sturgis Bike Week. It probably would have been half as much if it were not but for a last minute reservation it was reasonable.

We needed four nights at a good price. We had a room at the back. It was very clean, very quiet and it had internet access. The owners were very friendly and helpful. If we ever get back to Hot Springs, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

My family and I (8 people 4 rooms) stayed at the Dollar Inn for a family reunion. The rooms were clean, well supplied and roomy. All of the members of our family (25 in all) gathered in the back of the motel one evening to socialize and had a wonderfull time sharing time together. The motel owners were gracious enough to allow this! They also provided a grill so we could share a meal together. We will be booking the rooms again next year!
