My room was fine. Property does need a minor refurbish. Quirky room layout. I thought the bed was really comfortable but you need like soft beds. Noise was a huge issue. You can hear everything in the other rooms. I had a lower level room and the morning was terrible. Loud footsteps on the stairs and floors above. Normal conversation could be heard in the room from outside. Don't stay here if you plan to be out late and want to sleep in.

This property is in a desolate part of town, at the tail-end of a deadend street. I stayed there for 2 nights on work, and 2nd night I discovered a big spider in my bed. On reporting the same, customer representative took 15 minutes to come to my room, only to tell me that he has checked the bed and there are no more spiders! To be fair, he did offer to move me to another room, but it was well beyond 10 pm and I just needed to go to bed. So, he promised that someone will contact me next morning to discuss the issue. But, despite my mentioning it at the checkout next day, there was absolutely no response from the person at the counter. Never again!

Front desk was always helpful. Rooms kept clean, beds made daily and clean towels as many as you can use. Kitchen had all one could need to cook & eat. Bathrooms need to have somewhere to hang your clean clothes- theres no hooks so i improvised using hangers off the towel rack!
Having an iron really helps. This hotel could do with an update. Although clean, decor looks very dated. All in all very happy staying here, staff very friendly and accomodating and would use this hotel again. Its a little out of the way but alot of amenities around if you use the internet to check around.

This is a basic Residence Inn. Needs a little refurbishing, like all Residence Inns. Staff quiet friendly and helpful.
