My husband travels to Cincinnati for work and he said in this hotel and when he got to his room and the door card hardly worked and took 15 minutes to get in. When he went into the bathroom there was feces in the toilet (GROSS) The toilet ran the whole time that he was there. There were no towel or toilet paper holders. He went to turn on the lights in the room and there weren't any light bulbs. To top it off he went to bed and got up and it had rained outside and INSIDE of the slider door all over everything that was by the door!! I called to complain to the manager named William and could not reach him for at least a week. When I called early in the morning the lady on the phone said "William is running late so call back in a little while!!!" WOW!! When I called back there wasn't any answer for at least 45 minutes to an hour!!! Finally William got on the phone. He was a very rude person and pretty much laughed (or chuckled) at everything I had to say and then only gave my husband 1 free night in their nasty hotel because it took so long for him to answer the phone that he couldn't refund our money. What a bunch of BS!!! What a gross hotel with bad customer service!!
