This facility was neat and clean; they had many extras for the patrons and will go and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.

After a great stay in Indianapolis my company booked a room at the Blue Ash Candlewood. Difference between the two properties was vast. It appears that the Blue Ash location is older, and I certainly took that into consideration. Still, the property is in need of upgrading -- expanded fitness facility, PC access and printing for business guests -- as well as more attention to detail paid to the room cleaning. Stains around sinks, undefinable smell in room, debris on the floor were all issues I was presented with on check-in. Ironically, rate at Blue Ash was considerably more than rate in Indy.

Look elsewhere for a room...

Had stayed at Candlewood Suites at other locations and was very satisfied. At this location if you walked in your bare feet they would get black from the floors. Also there was not a public use PC and printer to use in the lobby as there is in other locations.

Stayed recently during a weekend in CIncinnati and was not impressed. Desk staff is was nowhere to be found and the only communication we had with them was via phone. Their non-smoking rooms were on the same floor as smoking rooms which meant OUR room smelled like smoke. I have a fairly sensitive nose but the smell of people smoking actually woke me up a few times during the nights we stayed. Walls were thin and we heard everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, that went on in the rooms next to ours. Linens were scratchy and water pressure in room was poor. Overall, just not a great experience. I can see if you were staying long term, that it would be nice to have a kitchenette, but if staying just for a quick trip, I suggest finding somewhere else to lay your head at night.
