The bed was awesome and I slept very well. Quiet facility and a step above the TownePlace Suites next door. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at SpringHill Suites By Marriott in Northeast Cincinnati last weekend. I was visiting Kings Island and this was my first stay at a SpringHill Suites Hotel. I was very impressed with the room I stayed in. It was extremely clean and my king size bed was heavenly. Plenty of fresh pillows and an attractive bathroom with separate basin and mirror. I really love the small sink in the living room with small frig and microwave. A large couch and matching chair were impressive. A large flat screen television easily turned for viewing in the bedroom or living room. I understand they have a fine pool, but didn't use it or see it. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Be aware they do charge an additional thirty dollars for extras bought at the front desk. This is refunded after your checkout.

Nice moderately priced hotel near Kings Island amusement park. We stayed with our three kids after going to Kings Island. The room is not huge, but it's big enough for the five of us for one night. It was clean which is the most important thing for me. Beds are only full size, not queen and "ok" in the comfortable department. It was a quick drive from the park only about 5 miles. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping near the hotel. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, it's a little small, but we weren't staying too long so it didn't matter. Breakfast is included and they have a couple of hot choices. They did not offer any sweet rolls or muffins which I thought was a unusual with a free hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again if I was going to Kings Island.

On a yearly trip to Kings Island, I always stay at this hotel. Food is great, cleam rooms, very comfortable beds, and staff is very friendly and accomidating. They have added flat screen TVs which is a nice touch, but only one is now in the room and swivels in order for you to see it from either direction in the room. From the beds it seems far away. Otherwise, look around for other advertised prices to get a really great deal!!!
