Nice moderately priced hotel near Kings Island amusement park. We stayed with our three kids after going to Kings Island. The room is not huge, but it's big enough for the five of us for one night. It was clean which is the most important thing for me. Beds are only full size, not queen and "ok" in the comfortable department. It was a quick drive from the park only about 5 miles. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping near the hotel. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, it's a little small, but we weren't staying too long so it didn't matter. Breakfast is included and they have a couple of hot choices. They did not offer any sweet rolls or muffins which I thought was a unusual with a free hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again if I was going to Kings Island.

On a yearly trip to Kings Island, I always stay at this hotel. Food is great, cleam rooms, very comfortable beds, and staff is very friendly and accomidating. They have added flat screen TVs which is a nice touch, but only one is now in the room and swivels in order for you to see it from either direction in the room. From the beds it seems far away. Otherwise, look around for other advertised prices to get a really great deal!!!

This was a disappointing Springhill Suites. Thank goodness we had navigation, or we would have never found it. It is way back in a subdivision. This property apparently was not a Springhill Suites before. They are changing it into one, but the quality was lacking. There was no wi-fi in the room, and the computer in the lobby was not working until our last day there. We needed to get tickets to a baseball game, so it made that more difficult. There was not a phone book in the room. ? The room was very clean and my boys went down to the breakfast, so I personally do not know about the breakfast. The pillows were awful!!! They are not the typical Marriott pillows. They were small and square and FLAT! The beds were fine. Our refrigerator did not work. That evening when we headed out to dinner, we let the ladies at the front desk know about this and one of them said they would go up and look at it. It did not work the whole 3 days we were there. My husband and boys loved the pool and hot tub. My husband said it was one of the best ones he had been in at a hotel. Maybe they havent gotten this property up to Marriott standards completely yet.

Reserved a king suite. Pros: Close to Kings Island and The Beach with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Price was reasonable ($120/nt, including breakfast) for 3 adults, plus a 3 and 5yr old. King bed was new and comfy. Carpeting seemed newer. Never heard noise from other rooms. Room was clean and had mini fridge and microwave, flat screen 35" tv and FREE wi-fi. Front desk friendly, received extra pillows and missing remote promptly. Breakfast included cold cereals, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, make your own waffles, sausage patties, egg rounds, coffee, OJ, Apple Juice. Hot tub in pool area. Minor Cons...Hotel was small and resembled a comfort inn. Room was not as large as the pictures online make it seem and entirely different layout. Plastic tub with plastic walls. Towels were thin and rough. Pull out sleeper couch mattress was not comfortable (no big surprise there). No remote for tv in room. Pillow for sleeper sofa was stained (large yellow ring on face of pillow- pretty gross). Only indoor pool, small. Hotel sign on ground, set back from road and hard to see. Egg rounds and waffles not very good, but what do you want for free:).
