We decided to head to Walla Walla sort of last minute, and found many places in the area already booked. Luckily enough we stumbled on this gem not more than 3 minutes from downtown Walla Walla.
Jill and Laurie certainly were amazing hosts. upon arriving late on friday night, Jill immediately helped us find a place to go get dinner. And little touches like the delicious cookie tray always available and the coffee waiting outside our door in the morning made this place a little heaven in Walla Walla. And the breakfast - a delicious three course meal with fresh fruit, and surprising delights (the berry cabernet sorbet is to die for!). Mmmmmm....
We stayed in the Hawthorne suite which was carefully decorated and a lovely atmosphere for the weekend away from the city we wanted. The Inn has three guest rooms all on the upper floor - but needn't worry about hte proximity, i didn't hear a thing from the other rooms at all.
If you are looking for a peaceful, welcoming home to stay in, definitely check out the Inn at Woodhaven Farm - you won't be disappointed.
