Customer service is top notch here. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and inviting as they welcome you to this beautiful hotel. Rooms are very clean, food is excellent, and service top notch. The complimentary breakfast is the best of any hotel I've ever stayed with.

We recently traveled to Walla Walla and stayed two nights at the MW. The staff, especially Jonathan, were extremely enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and informative. Chad was also very helpful. It seemed that the entire time we were there, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure a great stay for us.The hotel itself is beautiful and the suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and cookies/cider in the afternoon was a nice touch also. Walla Walla is such a fun town to visit, we will be back again soon and will definitely stay at the MW.
