“Hold your nose!!!!!”

I tried this hotel when my booking for the Riverwalk Hotel and Casino was "lost" as a large conference was scheduled.

The hotel has a few misses. The room was freezing when I arrived and I waited a couple of hours before the room was warm. The outside temperature was about 30 degrees.

The hallway smells like "road kill" and the towels have yellow stains (yuck!!!!)

The bathroom has a broken toilet seat.

I won't stay here again.

Hallways smelled like a fast food grease pit. Rooms were clean but bathroom dated. Staff pretty friendly. Pool was way too chlorinated...nephew was beet red after just a few minutes.

Room Tip: Nice whirlpool suite overlooking pool.

“Great hotel for the price”

I got a coupon for $19.99 room and it is def worth that esp when you can win in the casino, which I did. I really like the fact that the hotel is just a short walk to the casino and is covered. There is a nice indoor pool, and the small deli in the front of the casino is really good. They also let you bring your pets! The rooms are a nice size and the beds sleep wonderfully.

Room Tip: If you can get a room by the river, all the better, beautiful view!

“Staff above the grade A”

We 're definitely coming back. I knew we were WAY in our comfort zone when we got up and didn't want to leave. The staff was 5 star and there are too many ways to spell fun at this facility. Thank You!

We had a terrific experience at this hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice view overlooking the Mississippi river. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would definetly recommed this hotel and we are planning to stay here each time we visit the area!
