Our room on the 12th floor was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a 7PM flight and wanted a late check out so we could hit the beach in the morning, come back and shower before checking out. Even though our check out day was the day before the pro bowl and they were fully booked they allowed us a late checkout at 1PM. The hotel is a short walk from Waikiki Beach, restaurants and shops

we stayed for 4 nights and the hotel is ok , A little far from the main attractions.
However, we found a local restaurant(I think the name is aloha coffee house) close to the hotel and the food is delicious and price is reasonable. A lot of tourists said that Honolulu is expensive. In this case, we are lucky.
It takes about 1/2 hr to walk to main beach Waikiki. But you can use the beach at hilton village

We stayed at this hotel at the end of our two week vacation to Hawai'i. It was nice to have air conditioning and a king sized bed. But there was no continental breakfast and no wireless internet. Only pretty awful coffee in the morning and a hook up cable on the desk (which means no relaxing in bed with the laptop or iPad). Other than that, it was a roof over our heads.

Although this hotel is situated away from the beach, I think in a way I preffered that! Its lovely and quiet, away from all the hussle and bussle along the main strip. The walk to the beach is not long at all, there is also a bus stop right around the corner - very convieniant! I-hop is also around the corner so not far to go for breakfast!

The room itself is compact but clean and the in room safe is definatley a bonus!

Check in was quick and easy and the staff were very helpful! The only downside was the lobby is freezing!! But other than that everything was great. Thanks very much Ramada Plaza!
