“Amazing Hotel, Fantastic Experience. Highly Recommend!!”
My experience with the Best Western Plus Coconut Waikiki was amazing. The staff are so friendly and the room was comfortable and very clean. We had the executive suite, which in my opinion is worth paying a little more and getting a slightly bigger room. There was 1.5 bathrooms, massive king bed and lounge which has a sofa, kitchenette and TV. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from everything and so close to bus and trolley stops for getting around easily. Complimentary breakfast is served every morning from 6:30am to 9:30pm which is a great start to the day, and such yummy food! There is heaps to choose from, waffles, eggs, toast, fruit etc and quite healthy. Water and drinks are also provided all day and night. We arrived very early in the morning and although our check-in time was 2pm, our room was ready at for us to get into at 9am!! Staff here are so helpful and went out of their way to do whatever we needed. Laundry is located on ground floor if you need to wash clothes. We also had free WiFi in the rooms, no need for a cable to connect to a laptop, and computers in the lobby with free internet as well which comes in handy for getting things done or checking emails and tours. There is a tour guide in the lobby also, he has very reasonable prices and very helpful when you are unsure about things. I can recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely stay there again when I am next visiting Hawaii. The only thing I could fault is the level noise outside on the street, which is not the hotel's fault. I would guess this is a problem at most hotels on Oahu! Keep in mind also that this is a boutique hotel, which I honestly prefer over a crazy busy noisy big hotel. Quieter and seems to be alot more friendly overall.
Room Tip: We chose the Executive Suite, which has a massive king bed, couch that folds out to a sofa, 1.5 bath...
