A very nice B&B. Brian the proprietor was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfy and quaint. The location was fantastic.

I went over the 4th of July with my boyfriend and another couple and stayed in one of the large rooms upstairs. It was extremely spacious and even included a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. We swapped sleeping arrangements so that each couple had one night in the seperate bedroom. It's the perfect location- you are right downtown, and affordable. The owner was extremely helpful/nice and gave us restaurant and bar recommendations. There was a cute breakfast area where you could grab coffee and a light breakfast in the morning. We loved our stay at the Burbank Rose would definitely go back!

Brian, the proprietor, couldn't have been more helpful- from places to eat, the bar scene, beaches to historic landmarks! My cousin and I enjoyed our stay in this relaxing and inviting B&B! (The eye candy was Brad!)

The Burbankrose was our savings grace as we looked for a last minute room on July 4th. Located just a few blocks from the waterfront & restaurants the propriorter, Brian connected us to local owners of hot spots which ensured us a great time. The Inn was so comfortable, cozy and charming and Bryan was so nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable with lots of cute antiques that matched the style and period of the late 1800 style home. The warm home-made scones from Bryan were the best we have had and made for a great send off. Worth every penny. Kathy from Alexandria, VA
