I got married in December 2011 and it was the time of my life! They always say that 'something' will go wrong at your wedding. If that is the case for our wedding... I am blissfully unaware! The staff at the OC took care of everything! I'm not the most eloquent with words so I can't seem to find the words to describe how professional, friendly, helpful, and just overall amazing the event staff at the OC is. You often go to weddings where the food is "OK" but everyone was coming up to me days after the wedding telling me how delicious the food was. Before I could utter a word of something I wanted/needed the OC had already delivered on it! It was truly remarkable! I would highly recommend this location for any event you might be planning. You pay for what you get and what you will get is worth every penny!

A lovely young man opened the door and welcomed us to the property. The front desk greeted us and led us to the restaurant. We were welcomed, immediatley, by a lovely hostess. We sat at the bar. Eric, the bartender, told us of drink specials. My husband opted for the bloody mary, served with shrimp and plump green olives -- fabulous. Our lunch exceeded our expectations on every level. Worth every penny. Truley, a first class operation!

I stayed at Ocean Cliff for a wedding late September 2011.

On first impression, the property is impressive. That, however was a false impression.

I echo the other guests comment that there is no bellhop to help with bags. Climbing three flights of stairs with heavy bags is not what I would expect for a 265/night experience. Once we arrived in the room, it was not only freezing cold during the evening, but it was also in poor condition. For a "resort" one would expect that bathroom hardware wouldn't be hanging off the wall. The whole room needed a paint job.

What the major issue was, however, is that the hotel double charged me for the room. I paid with a debit card, and have been unable to access this money for going on two weeks now as my fights with the management have gotten me no where.

If you stay there be prepared to pay twice. It wasn't even worth it once! Stay away!!!!

My family and I stayed over at Oceancliff after we attended a wedding there. We reserved one of the suites in advance and advised the staff that we would need a rollaway for the evening. We were assured that a rollaway would be in the room when we arrived. When we arrived for the wedding and checked into our room we noticed the cart had not been put in the room yet so we went to the reception desk and told them what room we were in and that we would need it after the wedding. After the wedding was over we went back to the suite and still no rollaway. We went back to the reception desk and were told by a couple of teenagers who were working this evening that they would bring it to us as soon as possible. We went back to our room to wait and after a half hour went back to the desk and were told again that they would be with us as soon as possible. In the meantime my daughter after walking around the hotel found rollaways under a staircase in a hallway and brought it to our room herself. When we opened it up there were no linens on it so we again went to the reception desk and told them about the problem. After another half our and completely exhausted after the wedding I finally took the top sheets off of my bed and gave them to my daughter. Needless to say this is completely outrageous considering what the cost of a room is in this place.
