For these reasons i think this is a great hotel to stay in. I am looking forward to checking it out during the summer when I can actually go to the beach rather than just taking in the view of it which is also excellent

The suites at this hotel are great! We were visiting friends in Newport and needed a place to stay. We chose the Newport Beach Hotel and Suites because of the location. We decided to take a two bedroom suite for the family and were pleased with the choice. Our kids loved having their own room and so did we. There was also a large living room with a pull out couch so we could have even had an extra guest with us and been totally comfortable. There are two full bathrooms in the room. The hotel had a very nice indoor pool and hot tub and a roof tub hot tub that was too my surprise open. Due to the unseasonably warm winter we decided to try the roof tub hot tub and loved it. The views of the beach and the reservoir are excellent. The hotel has a good dining room and bar too. overall, a great place to stay especially for the price in the middle of the winter which I am sure is a bargain compared to the summer rates.

I stayed at the Newport Beach Hotel and Suites last weekend and thought it was beautiful. I reserved a suite and agree with other reviewers that the room was tremendous in size and comfort. Everything is new and all the amenities are included--flat screen tv with direct tv, rediculously comfortable beds, full kitchen with washer dryer and amazing views of the beach and cliff walk. Nothing was lacking and given what was included the price was more than fair. The hotel also has a very nic exercise room, swimming pool and hot tub and restaurant. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for amazing accomodations in a convenient and picturesque location. I scored major points with my wife for my choice of hotels and really wasn't quite sure what to expect until I got there. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose. this place is definitely a winner as far as we were concerned

Have been on the college tour road trip. We did a number of Rhode Island schools and decided to spend two nights in Newport as our home base. This place is really nice. We got a two bedroom place with a nice sitting area in between. It was freezing as it was November, but still able to take walks on the beach. Lots of surfers out after a storm. Access to the Cliff Walk. Close to downtown Newport. Cute little pub in the hotel. Kids liked the hot tub. Parking was an issue as there was a wedding one night. And I bet it's REALLY crowded in the summertime. Really nice place.
