I will definitely stay there again. The front desk staff was very helpful - had a few issues with the room key but the staff went out of their way to get us into our room until the lock was fixed.
We were a little confused by the modern street entrance - it really does not look like a hotel entrance but once inside the lobby is lovely. The location was convenient to all downtown attractions but in a quiet area near the hospital. The Au Bon Pain staff was very helpful - more like a full service restaurant than the chain cafeteria I expect from that brand. The only dim note was the afternoon valet... my husband forgot to leave the key - definitely a mistake and it must have inconvenienced the valet considerably judging by the surly reception we got from him. The Morning valet was wonderful.
