This facility is well maintained, comfortable and affordable. It is easy walking distance to restaurants, and the ball park. Parking is available in an attached parking ramp ($10 day).

One tip is to make sure you check in first and then park in the ramp, they will give you a gate card to use.

Breakfast buffet was very average.

The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

We stayed here on our way to Niagara Falls and LOVED it. The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to help us when we had a problem returning our hire car. The beds were probably the best I have ever slept in - like giants clouds made from marshmallows!

The bus station is a five minute stroll away and the bus to Niagara Falls is about $7 return and takes 30mins,

What a great city, there is so much to see and do. Not knowing anything about Buffalo, we wanted to stay in the downtown area. It was a busy weekend with "Mother's Day", tours, and many graduations, we landed a room at the Adam's Mark, which was almost filled for this weekend.

As we were greeted by the front desk, she stated that they automatically upgraded us to nicer room on the 8th floor. That room was very pleasant and nice. After exploring the city, we asked Jonathan many questions about his city. He answered all and show us a unbelieveable view in the penthouse suite which was vacant. The view was incredible on the balcony. The suite is two floors with a circular staircase, two fireplaces, and a sauna. What a room......later Jonathan and Todd called to tell us we could stay in the penthouse for the night. That was not a problem for us, we moved in and enjoyed the rest of the evening. Felt like millionaires in Buffalo. Thanks again, Jonathan and Todd.....

Some of their desk help are inexperienced and the one name of Britney was too busy talking to do her job properly and nasty as well. On the other hand, Karen Nello, a night supervisor was very helpful in clearing up a door key problem caused by Britney.

Housekeeping was OK, but find someplace else to eat.
