We visited Buffalo to enjoy the last weekend of Shakespeare in Delaware Park, and wanted to try Beau Fleuve because it had been recommended a few times. We enjoyed it from the moment of arrival -- a lovely Buffalo mansion with well-tended gardens, pleasant hosts (Rik and Ramona), and all the extras one hopes for with a B&B -- a parlor with good reading about Buffalo, robes, soaps, DVD/TV in room, a coffee maker with good coffee (and teas) in the upstairs common space, room for ourselves but hosts ready to offer suggestions when requested.
After a very comfortable night's sleep, two special treats came with breakfast -- first, a delicious meal featuring a tender frittata with local vegetables, herbs, and goat cheese, and second our fellow guests. Seems that Beau Fleuve has quite a reputation in Italy, so our breakfast group was international and a joy for conversation and shared enthusiasm about Buffalo and Niagara Falls exploration opportunities. We'd heartily recommend Beau Fleuve!
