This place is shabby and dirty, the reviews say it all.

The most filthy and disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Found dirty, crusty wash cloths in room and staff didn't care.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Last year we were next door at the ramada. The title of the hotel makes you assume they are suites. This is not the case. Our room was extremely small and the bathroom could hardly be called a bathroom. The room was decent for cleanliness, but the interior grounds of the hotel are in badly need of a remodel or at least to be vacuumed. The window sills up the main stairs are covered with dead bugs. The roof leaked during a thunderstorm. Thank goodness not in our room.

Positives would be continental breakfast in the morning. Indoor pool which our soccer team put to good use. Lobby area was used for a meeting place for our team and parents. Front desk clerks very nice. Thank you for that.

Would we stay here again... hmm. only for a tournament, not for a get-away.

I only live an hour away and am in Flagstaff all the time, I was meeting my sister for a weekend of hiking and decided to stay in Flagstaff. This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. The room was equipped with only one towel, though the room was booked for two people. The shower door leaked all over the floor. The hot tub was out of order and that does not mean they had emptied it and were working on it, it means it was sitting there still full of disgusting water growing mold. The pool which was suppose to be heated was barely less than freezing. The staff was not very freindly, and the absolute worst part of the place is that the cleaning people in an attempt to cover up the horrible musty smell of the old place are spraying air freshener into the air conditioning vents in mass quantity. I awoke to the overwhelming smell of air freshener about every 10 minutes throughout the night and couldn't figure out where it was coming from since it seemed like it was being sprayed directly in my face and so often, i then realized that it happened everytime the air kicked on. It was horrible and the hallway reaked of the smell as well. I would never stay there again and am telling every person I see up at the Grand Canyon where I live not to ever stay there either. No discounted rate is worth the discomfort of staying in this hotel.
