Staff very helpful clean motel good for price would recommand to my friends.

Nice Motel, near to NAU ,comfortable beds ,Staff very helpful friendly ,parthiu was very helpful had knowledge about area restaurants walking distance I would definetly refer to our friends

I chose this motel because of the price. it looked ok. I had to take a trip to Scottsdale to take my son back to school and I left my older daughter here with her younger siblings. She said the office staff were very rude and inconsiderate when she asked them questions. There wasn't really a sauna and even though she was 19, she was told she couldn't go in the sauna. I got back to the motel around 8:30pm on this Sunday night of 09/25/2011. My son woke me up and said he was itching. I got up, turned on the lights and he had bites on his arm, shoulder and on his side that he was lying on. The thing about it, is these bed bugs didn't bite anyone else...just my little boy!!! BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU CHOOSE TO STAY...YOU WON'T ALWAYS ATTRACT THEM AND YOU COULD VIRTUALLY TAKE THESE PESTS HOME!!!! THE ROOM WE STAYED IN WAS 124... I KID YOU NOT, I WOULDN'T STAY HERE.

We rolled into flagstaff on a day the heavens opened... It was the first motel we saw and we took it!

The place was clean and the service was polite, the room was dark and basic but was ok for a night! We were a bit out of town but all in all a comfortable place!!!
