First the good news, the staff at the front desk and at the breakfast were exceptional!! The breakfast was very good, possibly above average. Location is good and there are some choices to eat near the hotel.
The bad new, as stated in other reviews the hotel is overdue for an update. The lobby and breakfast area are fine but the outside and the rooms need help. My biggest problem was the extreme firmness of the beds. I was told all bed were the same and switching rooms would not solve the problem, the staff did bring more pillow and blankets to see if we could soften the bed but it did not help. I ended up sleeping on the foll out couch which wasn't great but much better than the bed. If you like a very firm bed then this place is for you. Just to note I stayed in a Springhill Suites, Drury, and a Country Inn the previous three nights and had no problems.
