We enjoyed our stay at this hotel after a long day of traveling with child. The sliding glass door to the pool was a refreshing treat. It is close to the freeway, yet well lit and safe. It is centrally located, close to the university convention center and only 90 mins to the grand canyon. The staff were friendly and the room was fresh and clean!

This place was a joke. The air conditioning was broken & we were not informed of this when we checked in. After going to bed & sweating we called the front desk & ask for a fan. One of the beds were broken and some of the electrical outlets didn't work. Continental breakfast was nothing to write home about.

We stayed here on our way home from a family trip to the Grand Canyon. Terrible! The "suite" was just two adjoining dirty rooms. It was stifling hot and the thermistat was broken! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years! My kids hated it sooo much they begged us to let them sleep in the car! That's how bad it was. We all slept in our clothes and left before breakfast. Didn't want to spend any more time in the room or hotel than absolutely necessary. What a horrid place! I will never even attempt a rodeway inn again! The pool and spa were nasty and growing mold. Yuck!

My husband & I stayed here for two nights, 5/30 & 5/31 of 2011. We were in room 115 which was a first floor room. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Mike at the front desk was exceptional and overall nothing could be improved with the housekeepers or the front desk staff.

Our room was good. It was clean. No sign of bugs or gross objects whatsoever. Since we were on the first floor, we had a sliding glass door that opened to the inner courtyard. There was a big pool (it was too cold to swim but my husband did take a quick splash after a jog and said it was very nice). There is also an indoor jacuzzi which is surprisingly nice and large. Take a towel with you from the room since there are none there. We learned the hard way.

The noise was poor to fair. This is not the hotels fault per say. But we could hear the people above us (it seems like they were practicing their tap dancing moves?!?) and on one side of us. We usually sleep in until about 8am while on vacation but the people across the hall were YELLING before 6am. They kept screaming down the hallway. The walls are thin.

The beds are nice and the pillows were great. All linens were good. We always remove the top cover but there was a blanket and sheet underneath. Everything seemed clean.

We went to the Grand Canyon one day (about 1.5 hours away) and to Sedona another day. Both were wonderful.

We did have the breakfast which runs from 6am - 9am. Juices, coffee, small donuts, two kinds of muffins, cereal, etc. It was very nice and everything tasted good. There was nothing stale or off tasting.

Overall we would give this four stars out of five. The hotel is well run and well cared for.
