after a long day of travelling we were really looking for a five star hotel. Travelling with a pet does not always give you that option. we stayed at drury due tou the reviews they had received on TA, The service here was right on with what you would see at a four seasons. the rooms were remodeled probably when the hotel changed ownership ( guessing as the walls looked like th90's). the room bed etc was comparable to a normal hotel chain, the thing that makes drury stand out is the service and the fact they dont nickle and dime you..free Parking, no pet fee, free breakfast ( not my style) but others seamed to enjoy, free local calls. My wife even left some personal belongings and they mailed them to us at no charge. In my opinion this chain and hotel will continue to succeed.

Stayed one night in Flagstaff and the Drury Inn is hard to beat. The room was great, the tv was on a strange angle but no big deal. The front desk staff was very friendly and so was the girls at the night time drinks and snacks. The girl in the morning at the breakfast went out of her way to make everyone special. She put a smile on everyones face.

Love the Drury Inns. Wish there were more across the US.

A great hotel experience in Flagstaff. Nicely located with in walking distance of the old town enternment area. We had the king room, which was quite large and very up to date. The breakfast buffet as well as a afternoon buffet was excellent, withh many choices. Indoor an outside parking are availiable. The staff was very well mannered and knowledgeable. This is the place to stay in Flagstaff.

Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again.
