My wife found BEDBUGS in the room! We had been in the room less than an hour (11:30pm) when she found two bedbugs on her pillow!

Gave them a 3 for service, as they refunded my money quickly as I checked my family out!

STAY ELSEWHERE!

I opted for this motel because we were running a Marathon and didn't want to drive from Phoenix to Flagstaff early in the morning.

"You get what you pay for", I got a rate of $25.00, so what should I expect. Some people paid rates of $65.00 and up, poor things. The rooms where very dated, the sheets were uncomfortable. I think burlap was the material used. The bathroom was cleaned in two minutes as there were dirty spots around the base of the toliet and shower. The carpet was pretty ragged as I was afraid to take my shoes off.

The checkin was embarrassing for a college student, service and greetings was not part of their delivery. In the morning, the breakfast was frighteneing. The front desk clerk could not be bothered. He wore a pair of sweats and a ratty T-shirt, which says allot about a company. Our card key would not let us back into the room, he would not help us he said "just jimmie and play with it it should work"

Needless to say, I would pay up and another motel or hotel to be assured that my stay is going to have minimal comfort.

Stayed here for the night on they way to grand canyon. Rooms were clean, alot better then I expected. Room smelled like flowers. staff was friendy but didnt know much about things to do in the area, which was odd. Recommend salsa bravia for dinner. Great mexican food and only a couple miles away.

We recently drove to California ffor vacation. We stopped here for a quick rest on our way, the hotel was clean and the front dest staff was helpful. They serve a hot breakfast which was great for our family. They included waffles, cereal, bagels and the usual continental breakfast. The hotel was overall a very good stay for a quick rest. :)
