I have used this chain on many let occasions and found excellent quality every time. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The government discount is incomparable, paired with the Marriott rewards program. I will stay here anytime I'm in Flagstaff.

First time in Flagstaff. Front desk staff was very helpful with local tips to make the experience fun. Very positive attitude of all employees which is a big plus. Breakfast was included for top value on the room. Room comfortable and clean. Only downside was the distance from Old Flagstaff shops and bars...but still quality and service more than made up for the few miles.

The Fairfield Inn was a revamp of some other chain hotel. The change over was not bad. Clean, efficient staff, great location, homey feel. The breakfast in the morning wasn't the best, but still for the price it was fine. The staff was very helpful with suggestions on day trips, restaurants, and night life in the area. Over all a great experience.

We found a coupon in a travel guide from a truckstop for 59. The manager happily honored it. The room was clean but had two dbl beds rather than the two queens we had hoped for. The breakfast area had ample choices like Belgian waffles and lots of healthy selections, too. The location was great. I prefer to stay in Hotels affiliated with Marriott like this one. But I would have preferred room entrance from the interior rather than the exterior. Made that one part of our stay feel like a Motel 6. Otherwise, great experience.
