“The dirtiest place I have ever stayed!”

In process of moving from Arizona to Colorado. The website for this hotel looked great and good location however the dirtiest room I have ever seen, half the lights did not work, other peoples socks in the drawer dirt and dust all over and some Radom large sticky spot on the rug next to the bed. I have two little dogs and if there was another option I would have left. I brought up the issues when checking out and all that was said was it would be brought up to management. I just hope we all do not have bed bugs now!!

“Makes Motel 6 look like a 5 Star Motel!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 January 2012

A couple of friends and I came here on the recommendation of other friends whom had stayed here before us, We were told on our reservation that we would have a Mini Fridge and Microwave 2 br 2 bath suite, what we got when we arrived was 2 Motel Rooms connected by a Door, that looked like it was barely finished being renovated Just before we arrived. There were 5 light fixtures in my room (only one of which worked & barely lit the room, there were spiders Everywhere in the bathroom, the Mini fridge was Nothing like the ones they show you in the pictures, it was barely 6 inches deep and about a foot high if that, the microwave was from the 80's and the TV was probably from about the same time frame, my friends said there were no outlets in their room and they had to Unplug the TV to plug in thier Computers, thier outlets were Barely holding onto the walls, the bathroom door in thier bathroom wouldn't even close, they only give you a thin blanket and 2 sheets for the bed, other blankets had to be requested, there were patch marks up on both ceilings int he bathrooms again like they had only patched them as quick as possible to get people in the rooms. And the "free HBO" was only availble 1 of the 3 days we were there, the breakfasts were Definately worth the "free status as all there was was some over cooked eggs, Burnt Ham, and Cereal, and Waffles. The maids also Barely clean the rooms, there were unidentifiable stains ont he beds and floors and they left garbage in the rooms, we also found old fruit in our fridge that was left by the previous guest. We paid over $200 for 2 rooms that looked like they were barely worth $50 each! If you are smart you will NEVER stay here, worst hotel in Flag as far as I am concerned.

Room Tip: CALL before you make a reservation to make sure you are going to get what you pay for!

“Excellent price and service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 January 2012

My husband and I are from Ohio and we went to the Grand Canyon for our honeymoon. We stayed at Hotel Aspen Inn suites and we had a room with a jacuzzi it was amazing! We had a mini kitchen and a living room as well as a separate room with a flat screen TV and the jacuzzi was right next to the bed facing the flat screen. We also had a spacious bathroom with u full shower and vanity. In the morning we walked to the cafe and had fresh waffles made for us! The price was amazing and they were all so nice! We booked 4 more nights there at a even lower rate! It was truely amazing! We will deffinately be returning!

“Poor quality”

This is not a hotel but a motel. A old motel that has been renovated perhaps in the 80's or 90's. The walls and floor are very thin.
Description of the room: Microwave shelf falling off the wall, bathroom shelf falling. Corners and under sink were filthy in bathroom. Hole in bathroom door, very poorly repaired. Paper cups burn when put into the microwave. Very limited TV channels. Large crack under exterior door. Completely worn out furniture. We had room 114.
Positive side- attendants were great, beds were very comfortable, breakfast buffet was nice, and the attendant for the buffet was the nicest person to be around, thank you for that!
